This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Special G.R. Case No.22 of 2022 arising out of Tigiria P.S. Case No.41 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Special Court (POCSO), Cuttack for alleged commission of offences under sections 294/506/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Perused the F.I.R.

// 2 // This is the fourth successive anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. The last anticipatory bail application of the petitioner in ABLAPL No.2675 of 2022 was rejected as per order dated 06.04.2022 taking into account the statement of the minor victim girl aged about fifteen years and the petitioner was asked to surrender in the Court below and move for bail so that the learned Court below shall dispose of the same expeditiously.

Without complying the said order, again the anticipatory bail application is filed. I am not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
