Heard Mr.A.K.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

Mr.A.K.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter as he has been assured by the authorities to renew the agreement regarding distribution of Chhatua. According he wants to withdraw the writ petition. To that effect he has filed a memo in Court today. The same be kept on record. 4.

Considering such submissions, the writ petition is disposed as withdrawn.
