The Opp.Parties have filed the present Review Petition with the following prayer:- "

In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is therefore, prayed that, this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to recall / review order dated 9.8.2018 passed in O.A. No.1381(C)/2017 and rehear the case after the respondents file their counter and then dispose of the matter accordingly, And for which act of kindness, the respondents shall ever prayer".

It is submitted that the issue involved in the Review Petition has been decided by this Court in its order dated 06.09.2022 passed in Review Petition (RPC) No.60 of 2019.
