1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 498A/306/34 IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrenders in connection with C.T. Case No.174 of 2022 arising out of Narasinghpur P.S. Case No.98 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Narasinghpur within a period of three weeks' hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and

// 2 // conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that they shall appear in person before the court below on each date of posting of the case. Violation of any of the terms and conditions so imposed shall entail cancellation of bail automatically. He shall appear before the IO/IIC of the concerned P.S. once in a week on such date of time fixed by the IO/IIC for a period of six months.
