1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. The Petitioners have filed this application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 363/294/506 & 34, I.P.C. and Section 67 (a), 67 (b) of I.T. Act.

3. Having regard to the seriousness and gravity of the offences and the overt act narrated in the FIR and further the fact that the victim is yet to be rescued, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application, and it is dismissed as such.
