Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 27.10.2022.

It is submitted that though the petitioner was directed to be released on bail by order dated 27.10.2022 but because of nonfulfillment of stipulations relating to furnishing of property security to the tune of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand), the petitioner is still in custody.

Taking into account the recitals in the I.A. and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, such stipulation, as stated in Para-9 stands recalled.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on the production of the order in the I.A. along with order passed by this Court on 27.10.2022 sans "Paragraph-9".

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

Other conditions in the said order remains unaltered and the order passed today in the I.A.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
