As directed, Mr. T. Pattanaik has filed a copy of the notification dated 02.08.2022 of NIOS whereby the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to D.El.Ed. program has been relaxed as follows:- "any requirement of minimum eligibility for admission to D.El.Ed. program, i.e., 50% marks in Class-XII to the extent that those who do not fulfill these requirement shall be allowed to take provisional admission to the program of NIOS mentioned in Clause-II of the para-(4) and Clause- II of para-(5)."

In view of the above development nothing further remains to be decided in the present writ petition, which is therefore, disposed of by directing the opposite party No.4 to issue the D.El.Ed.

certificates to the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order or on production of certified copy thereof.
