Heard Mr. S. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Petitioner Guru Balmuchu in connection with Harichandanpur P.S. Case No.47 of 2019 corresponding S.T. No.60/118 of 2019 (G.R. Case No.528 of 2019) pending in the court of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Keonjhar for alleged commission of offence under Sections 452/307/506/394/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25/27 of the Arms Act. 3.

The prayer for bail of the present Petitioner was earlier rejected by this court in BLAPL No.10426 of 2019.

Upon hearing both parties and considering the nature of materials available against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. 5.

The BLAPL is dismissed.
