1. The statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. admitting to having married the Petitioner and living with him in Karnataka peacefully, is on record.

2. In that view of the matter, the criminal proceedings against the Petitioner i.e., C.T. Case No.587 of 2012 arising out of Jaleswar P.S. Case No.185 of 2012 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Jaleswar is hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
