Mr. B.R. Barik, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 22.02.2017 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.4040(C) of 2016 has not been complied with. 3.

In view of the above, this Court directs the opposite partyauthority to comply with the aforesaid order within a period of three months, if the same has not been complied with in the meantime.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
