There is dispute at the Bar that there is no proper exercise Order No.

of power and action involving Annexure-B appears to be completely contrary to the direction of this Court. In the circumstance, this Court finds no contempt petition will be available to repair such contingency. It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the contempt petition to bring appropriate writ challenging the order at Annexure-B.
