The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 31st March, 2022 (Annexure-8) passed by the Authorized Officer-cum-Assistant Conservator of Forest, Nayagarh Division, Nayagarh directing confiscation of his vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-32A-0667 (Max Pick up Bolero).

Since the Petitioner has a remedy of appeal under Section 56(2-e) of the Odisha Forest Act, 1972, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
