Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly, the Petitioners moved under Section 15(b) of the O.S.S. Act Application to add them jointly in the R.O.R. involved. The Commissioner after examining the materials and hearing the Parties involved found, the Petitioners did not belong to the owner of the property. For the difficulty in finding the Petitioners as shareholders in the property, the Commissioner in disposal of the Section 15(b) of the O.S.S. Act Application has come to observe that the Petitioners' case cannot be considered in exercise of power under Section 15(b) of the O.S.S. Act. For the finding based on lawful reasonings, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the matter. However, while declining to entertain the Writ Petition and
