It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the case of the petitioners is covered by the order passed by this Court dated 08.09.2022 in W.P.(C) No. 22748 of 2022 (Parsuram Routray and others v. State of Odisha and others) and this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in the said case.
