1. By means of this petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction for allowing him the pension/pensionary benefit. However, keeping in view the fact that similar matters have since been disposed of by this Court, the matter in connection to the present Petitioner drew the attention of the court to Annexure-10 dated 7th June, 2017 for disposal in tune with the terms set forth in the said order in consonance with the circular of the Finance Department Resolution No.14687/F, dated 16th May, 2015. Accordingly, suffice to direct that the Petitioner to file a consolidated petition before the concerned authority along with all documents within a period of 15 days hence, in which event, the authority shall dispose of the representation within a period of one month thereafter and to communicate the Petitioner not later than 15 days thereafter.

2. The WPC (OAC) is disposed of accordingly.
