It is submitted that during pendency of the matter though the petitioner has been extended with the benefit, but he is not extended to such interest for delayed payment of pensionary benefits.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh writ petition, if any cause of action still subsists.
