Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner in this CRLMP challenges the inaction of the opposite party no.3 in taking any action with ulterior motive on the F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the State submits that after completion of investigation, Charge No.427 dated 20.11.2022 has already been submitted under Sections 418/420/408/468/294/506/34, I.P.C.

before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak.

Hence, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. If the petitioner has any apprehension with the

// 2 // Charge Sheet filed by the police, he is at liberty to bring to the notice of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak by filing an appropriate application.
