Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering that there is urgent requirement for taking a decision in the matter of Kidney Transplantation, this Court directs the Hospital Authorities-O.Ps.2 & 3 to transmit the case of the Petitioner to the Committee set up for the purpose within a period of two days from the date of communication of this order and the Committee shall take a decision within a period of three days thereafter. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above order. 4.

Issue urgent certified copy.
