Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that Writ Appeal bearing W.A. No. 649 of 2021 is pending challenging the order dated 26.03.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 11617 of 2021.

In view of the above, this contempt petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer after disposal of the writ appeal.
