This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 12.10.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned "T.R. Case No.101 of 2022" in the cause title of the bail application instead of "T.R. Case No.101 of 2021" for which the said mistake has been crept into the 4th paragraph of the aforesaid order

dated 12.10.2022 passed by this Court. Accordingly, the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the cause title of the bail application.

Accordingly, the expression "T.R. Case No.101 of 2022" occurred in the 4th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 12.10.2022 be read as "T.R. Case No.101 of 2021".

In view of the aforesaid modification, the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin over the matter is extended to another four weeks from today.

Rest part of the said order dated 12.10.2022 remains unaltered. 10.

I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
