1. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

2. By order dated 22.01.2020 notice was issued to the opposite party by this Court and pursuant to the said order the petitioner is supposed to file requisites for issuance of notice. The notice could not be issued as complete requisites have not been filed as per the office note dated 06.12.2022 put up by the Registry.
