Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to release his arrear salary in T.G. scale in the light of the direction of the Dy. Director letter dated 15.05.2006 under Annexure-2 and office order dated 18.08.2009 and 31.12.2009 of the I/C Inspector of Schools, Balasore for which the Headmaster S.N. Uchha Bidyapitha has submitted the arrear bills under Annexure-8 for the period from 23.06.2006 to 28.02.2014. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-7 series and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party

no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
