This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on 24.08.2022. On 07.09.2022 as per the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed one week after and accordingly, the matter was listed on 16.09.2022, but none appeared on that day and the matter was adjourned to today. However, when no one appeared today in prelunch session, it was directed to take up the matter after lunch, but when this matter was again taken up after lunch, no one still appeared in the matter. The bail application is pending since 04.10.2021. 3.
It, therefore, presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

In view of such, the BLAPL is dismissed for non-prosecution. Subhasmita (G. Satapathy) Judge
