This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate.

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:- "Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue a 'Rule-Nisi' calling upon the Opposite parties to show-cause as to why a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs shall not be issued directing the B.D.O., Ranpur to transmit the LPC as well as the original service book to the BDO, Nuagan for making fitment of scale of pay, for grant of first RACP benefits with effect from 24.06.2020 and to direct the Opposite parties to impart the increments as due and admissible, consequentially directing the Opposite parties by making fitment of the scale of pay of the petitioner release arrear salary as well as current salary and if the Opposite parties fail to show cause or show
// 2 // insufficient cause make the said rule absolute Pass such other order/orders and /orders and /or writ/writs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

On instruction, learned counsel for the State submits that B.D.O., Ranpur has already transmitted the LPC of the petitioner to the B.D.O., Nuagan since 12th of October. Now, the same is available with the B.D.O., Nuagan.

Considering the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the petitioner to approach before the Block Development Officer, Nuagan-Opposite Party No.4 within a period of ten days from today along with certified copy of this order and in the event the petitioner approaches within the aforesaid time, it is further directed that the Block Development Officer, Nuagan-Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take steps for release of arrear salary and other benefits including the RACP, if pending, as due and admissible in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The decision so taken on the case of the petitioner shall be communicated to him within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
