1. Mr. B.K. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed on record an affidavit of one Shri Dillip Kumar Pratihari, working as Senior Manager, Godrej & Boyce Mgf. Co. Ltd., dated 4th November, 2022. Learned counsel states that Mr. Pratihari is duly authorized to swear to the affidavit. The said affidavit records the terms of settlement of the disputes between the parties. The affidavit is placed on record and is made part of this order.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states in the affidavit that in view of the amicable settlement, the Petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter and accordingly seeks to withdraw the present petitions.

3. Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the above affidavit filed by the Petitioners. The parties will be bound by the terms of settlement as set out in the affidavit.

4. An urgent copy of this order be issued as per Rules. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice S. Behera
