This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.590 of 2022, arising out of Nayagarh P.S. Case No.142 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/354/453/454/506/34, I.P.C.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
