This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State-Opp. Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayer:- "i.

Why the Opposite Parties more particularly Opposite Party No.2 will not be directed to accord necessary approval to Opposite Party No.4 for regularizing the services of the petitioner as Regular Market Guard forthwith; and (ii) Why the Opposite Parties will not be directed to regularize the services of the petitioner as Regular Market Guard on receipt of such approval within a stipulated time; and And if the Opp. Parties do not show cause then the Rule be made absolute by issuing appropriate writ/writs and any other order as deem fit be passed." 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by filing a representation

// 2 // before the Opposite Party No.2 on 15.11.2021 under Annexure-6 to the writ petition, but till date nothing has been done on the same. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-6 to the writ petition taking into account Annexure-8 Series to the writ petition within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner. 6.
