Mr.S.P.Panda, learned counsel appearing for the contemnor on the basis of instruction and also on production of copy of such instruction before this Court submits that there is already compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.1.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.34808/2020.

For the clear statement made by Mr.Panda, learned counsel for the Contemnor, this Court finds, nothing survives to be adjudicated involving the contempt proceeding, which is dropped accordingly. Copy of instruction submitted in Court be kept on record.
