This matter is taken up through video conference mode. Order No.

Considering the disposal of representation direction involved herein not being considered within the time frame, taking this Contempt Petition to be the first Contempt, this Court in disposing of the Contempt Petition permit the Contemnor to dispose of the representation involved in terms of the direction of this Court in WPC(C) No.7735/2021 on 27.4.2021 at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order. It is the responsibility of the Petitioner to communicate this order on the Contemnor.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the
