Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. None appears for opposite party No.2. 2.

It is informed to the Court that in the meantime, final report has been submitted on 9th August, 2017 by the local police after completion of investigation, a copy of which is at Annexure-3. 3.

In view of the above, the prayer has become infructuous. 4.

However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the final report which has been received by the learned court below has not yet been accepted awaiting objection from the other side, which is pending since long. If any such objection is received from the informant, the court below shall proceed with the matter and if it is not filed, the proceeding may have to be closed. Any such objection if received and learned court

below proceeds with it, the petitioner shall have liberty to challenge the same as per and in accordance with law.

With the above observation, CRLMC stands disposed of. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
