Mr. Mohanta, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, her caste certificate was purported to be cancelled by the Sub-Collector. On appeal, by impugned order dated 12th August, 2022 the Collector also separately canceled the caste certificate. He relies on order passed this day in W.P.(C) no.24104 of 2022 (Baijanti Malik vs. State of Odisha and others) to submit, his client's prayer for relief is covered thereby. 2.

Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.
