1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is present so is Mr. Khuntia the learned AGA.

2. The issues appearing in the present petition is the same and similar in the facts in issue in WPC (OAC) No.1473 of 2018 disposed of by a coordinate of this Court. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the direction passed by the Coordinate Bench in the said WPC (OAC) No.1473 of 2018. In view of the above, the impugned order is quashed as against Annexure-4 series.

3. The WPC (OAC) is accordingly disposed of.
