ORDER

1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. This is the successive bail application filed by the petitioner on the ground of non-completion of trial by the learned Special Judge-cum-Addl.District Judge, Balliguda in S.T. Case No.08 of 2021 corresponding to Tumundibandh P.S. Case No.62 of 2020 as directed by this Court.

4. It is pertinent to mention that on earlier occasion, the bail prayer of the petitioner in BLAPL No.1830 of 2022 was rejected on 16.05.2022 on the ground of direct

// 2 // involvement of the petitioner in an heinous offence Again, the petitioner has moved this present bail application for long detention in custody i.e. since 09.08.2020.

5. However, considering the aforesaid facts and submissions made and the gravity of the offence allegedly committed by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the BLAPL is rejected.

6. Further it is directed that the learned trial judge shall conclude the trial within a period of four months from today. In case the trial is not completed, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh for bail.
