2. Heard Ms. Ranjita Behera, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. S.K. Nanda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Choudhury S. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the opp. parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the respondents and after hearing all the sides be further pleased to direct the respondents to allow the Applicant to avail promotion to Anganwadi Supervisor from the date of her eligibility and direct the Respondents to appoint the Applicant as Anganwadi supervisor the best interest of justice and equity."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
