Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the BLAPL application, since the trial has already commenced.

Perused the report of learned trial Court indicating that seven witnesses have been examined out of 15 cited and the date is posted to 19.04.2022.

Taking into account the number of witnesses already examined. The learned Court in seisin of the matter may expedite the trial to conclude the same preferably within a period of four
months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
