It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No.17023 of 2012, which was disposed of vide order dated 07.04.2022 by the Division Bench of this Court in Chandra Shekhar Sahoo v. State of Odisha and other.
