This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the notice of foreclosure Ref No. PO(B)/PE(E&M)/ Letter/22-23/781 dated 17.09.2022 issued by the Opposite Party No. 5 under Annexure-6 series and to issue direction to the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to carry out the work till completion of the contract period, i.e., 31.03.2023.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation/reply before the Opposite Party no.5 vide Annexure-7, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Central Government Counsel has raised no objection. 5.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.5 to consider the representation/reply filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order in
accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
