Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is a NGO. It had made representation dated 16th April, 2021 to opposite party no.2 regarding renewal certificate under Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995. He seeks direction for consideration and disposal of the representation.

Mr. Pattanaik, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 16th April, 2021 and inform result thereof to petitioner within three weeks of communication.
