This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash Annexure-4 dated 26.01.2010 and to issue direction to opposite parties no.5 to 7 to restore possession of plot no.413 in favour of the petitioners within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure5, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
