This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of this Court's order dated 13.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.23015 of 2022.

Considering the submissions made and as this Court finds, no purpose will be served in issuing notice in such matter, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party-Contemnors to work out the order of this Court dated 13.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.23015 of 2022, if the same has not been stayed by any higher forum, within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated/certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. Failure in compliance of this Court's direction will be amounting to deliberate violation of the Court's direction.
