Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioners file a memo for early admission of the R.P. Case No.1090 of 2018 before the competent authority within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken within a period of seven days thereafter for admission of the R.P. Case No.1090 of 2018.
