Considering the innocuous prayer and as this Court finds the Mutation Appeal No. 29/21 to Mutation Appeal No.36/21 is pending more than one year, this Court directs the Appellate Authority, SubCollector- Opposite Party No.2 to conclude the proceeding at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of order but however involving the parties likely to be affected. 3.
The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
