1. Heard Mr.Roy, learned counsel for the Appellant.

2. Mr.S.K.Mishra, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 is present.

3. The suit is for declaration of title and for eviction. The plaintiff is present Appellant. The crux of the dispute lies on the question of adoption of the plaintiff to Jagannath Das. Both the courts below have disbelieved the claim of adoption on an elaborate discussion.

4. Having heard Mr.Roy, learned counsel for the Appellant, I do not see any substantial question of law to admit the appeal.

5. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
