This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, challenges the inaction of the opposite parties in registering the F.I.R. dated 1.09.2022 by adding the offence under Section 307, I.P.C. with other offences knowing very well about the injuries, which are grievous in nature and which reflects the intention of the accused to kill the injured and at the same time not investigating the case. He further submits

// 2 // that the investigation has not progressed in proper way. Hence, he seeks to get the investigation expedited. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, if the petitioner has any grievance about the investigation, he may approach the appropriate court.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
