Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the records. 3.
This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 363, 294, 506, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and there is no allegation against the Petitioner. However, he is being harassed by the local police. So far as the present crime is concerned, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the principal allegation is against Mantu Mallick, Chiku Mallick, Ranjan Bhoi, Trinath Bhoi and Pintu Mallick.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in connection with Pipili P.S.Case No.173 of 2022, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer, but subject to cooperating with the investigation and appearing before the I.O. as and when required. 6.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
