This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife to transfer of C.P. Case No.104 of 2020 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

It is stated by Mr. L.N. Patel, learned counsel appearing for the sole Opposite Party that the aforesaid C.P. case has already been disposed of.

In view of such submission, the prayer for transfer of the aforesaid C.P. case has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the TRP(C) stands disposed of as become infructuous.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to ventilate her grievance against the said order in an appropriate forum by filing an appropriate petition, if so advised. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
