1. Learned counsel for the State submits that no F.I.R. has been lodged or registered against the Petitioners till date.

2. Accordingly, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file in case fresh cause of action arises upon lodging of F.I.R. in connection with the present case.
