1. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.
2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 498-A/306/34 of IPC.
3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender and move for bail in connection with G.R Case No.409 of 2022 arising out of Balugaon P.S. Case No.183 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Chilika within a period of three weeks hence, they be admitted to bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that the Petitioners shall appear in person before the
// 2 // learned court below on each date of posting of the case and shall appear before the I.O. / I.I.C. of the concerned P.S. once in a week on such date and time fixed by the I.O. / I.I.C. for a period of six months or till submission of the Final form as the case may be. They shall not intimidate or threaten the members of the informant party. Violation of the terms and conditions of the bail shall entail the bail order cancelled automatically.
4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
