Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioner being the tribe person alleges even after disposal of 3(A) proceeding of Regulation 2 of 1956, the direction therein has not been worked out. Petitioner has already made a request to the Tahasildar, Raikia vide Annexure-2 appears to be pending consideration. This Court finds the 3(A) proceeding vide Annexure-1 is remain unchallenged, the Tahasildar, Opposite Party No.6 is directed to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and do the needful by completing entire exercise within a period of one month but however involving the parties likely to be affected. 4.
