The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 27th April, 2022 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Puri in Execution Case No.9 of 2014, whereby he rejected an application filed by the Petitioner (D.Hr) to record his note of possession in the R.O.R. and to drop the execution case.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dhal, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the CMP to seek remedy in accordance with law.

In view of such submission, this Court without interfering with the impugned order under Annxure-3, dismissed this CMP as withdrawn.
